We have exciting opportunities!CETRA BASE is currently looking for different senior profiles to support EUSPA, the EU Agency for the Space Programme.Positions are based at any of the following EUSPA sites: GSMC Spain (San Martín de la Vega), GSMC France (Saint-Germain-en-Laye), GNSS Service Centre (Torrejón de Ardoz).****************Profile #1: Senior Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) EngineerSupport to the definition of the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) management concepts, with focus on support to operational sites:Verification of proper implementation of the European space programme components Ground Segment ILS services requirements baseline;Analysis and support to the management of export control, taxes and customs aspects related to the deployment of EU assets out of EU;Analysis and support to the Packaging, Health, Safety and Transport aspects of EU equipment field deploymentSupport to the definition of the asset management strategy, and review of the asset deployment plan and inventory in relation to sites deployment.****************Profile #2: Senior Galileo Ground Segment EnginnerSupport to the EU space programmes Ground Segment deployment and maintenance services activities:Follow-up the ground segment deployment activities of new system release/evolutionSupport to operations from anomalies root cause investigation to validation;Review of the classification of observation reports, the maintenance reports, and anomalies in view of the preparation of the anomaly review board;Definition of criticality/urgency for anomaly resolution, setting adequate priorities and ensuring and monitoring the timely management by industry of anomalies and non-conformance reports;Contribution to the analysis of anomalies raised by the service operator and participate to the relevant ARB/NRB for aspects related to ground segment;Participation to the ground segment reviews and CCB relevant to the tasks under her/his responsibility;Review the operational validation strategy and outcomeReview of the relevant KPIs and deliverables, and propose actions and improvements to address issues and opportunities.****************Profile #3: Senior Facility Management EngineerThe tasks encompasses the following activities:Definition, review and maintenance of the baseline applicable to sites infrastructureContribution to the management and the analysis of the key performance indicators, and risks, related to the site’s management and the activities reports in the frame of the site’s hosting service progress meetings;Provide technical support to CCBs, ARBs, site coordination schedule/ action planning;Organization and/or participation to the site related milestones; in particular the site surveys, the site’s acceptance. Support EUSPA either as reviewing entity (e.g. issuing RIDs on data-packs) or as reviewed entity (e.g. preparing and executing site verification plan and producing data-packs documents.Contribution to the preparation and implementation of hosting infrastructure, storage and configuration changes, in particular ICD documentation and physical adaptations, including possible installation of CFIs.****************Profile #4: GSMC Operations Support EngineerSupport to GSMC operations preparation and to non-real-time activities in direct support of GSMC operations:Support to the development and maintenance of the Operational documentation including Service Operation Organisations, operational policies, operational concepts for new functionalities and crisis response scenarios in support of Council Decision 2021/698.Create & maintain PRS, SECMON and Cyber operational procedures applicable to the GSMC operations during their lifetime, contributing to its validation and training.Support the anomaly handling process related to the PRS, SECMON and Cyber from an operation perspective. Creation and follow up of anomaliesSupport the coordination of operators’ trainings & certification, exercises.Support the planning and coordination of activities (LTP/MTP/STP)Identify and assist in developing use cases and improvements for the Security Operations team.****************Profile #5: Security Incident Management, Security Operation Center real-time operations (24/7)The services will consist in the execution of the following activities:Operating the security monitoring and incident response systems deployed at GSMC for supervising the security and system status of the system using dedicated security tools;Incident handling of any security alerts raised by the GSMC security tools by following operational procedures which cover security alert monitoring, incident categorisation and triage, incident response strategy and definition of recovery strategies;****************Profile #6: Support to operational users’ management/ coordination/ communicationThis encompasses the following set of activities:A. Security operation activities (the list is indicative and non-exhaustive):Supporting the EUSPA in the training and certification of operational users for Galileo and other Space Programmes in line with its infrastructure releases and services evolutions.Support the coordination and participation of operational users to Programme activities such as Service validation of new service milestones and service evolutions.Support the organisation and execution of consultation sessions and workshops with Operational users workshops hosted by EUSPA.Support EUSPA in the provision of the technical assistance to CPAs to perform its tasks.B. Operate helpdesk and develop operator interfaces:Support the SST and GSC helpdesk operations, as the support channel for users, handling users’ requests, and interfacing with the SST National Operation Centres as requiredSupport the development of helpdesk tools e.g. ticketing system, and associated processes and procedures, to manage service requests and incidentsSupport the Taskforce in charge of communication and coordination of responses in critical operations, incl. SST high interest events, that require time critical communications, beyond standard servicesSupport the development of performance reporting tools, considering the collection and pre-processing of relevant data, for the establishment, monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Support the development of Service Provision interfaces (e.g. SST Portal, EU-GNSS Portal), supporting the requirements collection, and design, development, testing and deployment of new and improved features****************Profile #7: Senior Cyber security engineerThis service covers the non-real-time cyber-security support to Real Time activities of the Security Operations Centre (SOC) at GSMC, in particular, for:Support the review of cyber deliverables under responsibility of the Cyber SOC (lockdown reports, hardening reports, vuln reports, patch reports, cyber plans);Operations of non-real-time tools within the Cyber SOC (VMT, NMT, CTI platform, Analysis platform);Contribute to regular internal pentesting activitiesContribute to Cyber Review Boards;Contribute to SOC cyber reports;Keep GSMC Threat Analysis archive and related procedures up to date;Vulnerability management servicesSupport to pentesting activitiesForensics Analysis servicesMalware Analysis servicesCyber Threat landscape analysis****************Profile #8: Senior Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) support engineerThe expected SIEM support services will consist of the following activities:Be the first escalation point for any issues with the Security Monitoring tools correlation rules;Identify performance improvements for the SIEM capability, expert implementation and generation of SIEM content (e.g. rules, trends, lists, reports and dashboards);Support the tuning of the correlation rules to optimize the false positive and false negative performances;Oversee of configuration changes related to correlation rules updates and log parsing definition;Identify and assist in developing use cases for the GSMC SIEMs;Custom development of event collectors/connectors (agents);Contribute to the ARB, supporting the anomalies handling process related to the SIEM operation and administration;Support in design and continuous improvement of operational procedures;Development and support the implementation and execution of standard procedures for SIEM administration;Review documentation related to SIEM operation and administration;****************Profile #9: Support to exploitation for Service TransitionSupport EUSPA with service transition activities as follows:Support Mission definition, Mission consolidation, Service concept preparation, Service design, Service consolidation and service validation activities, and their associated reviews programmatic reviews (MRR, OVR, SCR, SVRR, SVR, TRR, TRB, PTR etc.)Support the conception, preparation, coordination and execution of infrastructure Migration and service migration activities including Plan preparation, Migration rehearsals and testing, preparation and presentation of report, organisation of reviews, amongst other elements.Support the conception, preparation, coordination and execution of Service Validation campaigns including Plan preparation, preparation and presentation of reports, organisation of reviews, , amongst other elements.****************All positions require the candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance (in line with security requirements the candidate shall hold a EU citizenship).
