SENIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING SPECIALIST

You may or may not have medical device experience, but you do understand the power of brands having previously worked with a well-known consumer-facing brand.
Sitting on the EMEA marketing team you will help create campaigns highlighting the profound impact Medtronic devices can have on those living with T1D.

A Day in the Life • Help define the brand, messaging pillars and product content strategy for people with T1D in EMEA.
• Understands and researches the needs, wants and challenges of people with T1D.
• Build and execute omnichannel campaigns highlighting how Medtronic and its devices can have a positive impact on the lives of people with T1D.
• Interpret and deploy global/regional brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the HCP (Health Care Professional) marketing team, product team, clinical, medical, communications and country marketing teams for the rollout and implementation of campaigns and marketing strategies, ensuring strong understanding and adoption.
• Manage external creative agencies.
• Manage internal approval processes for external facing marketing assets.
Must Haves • At least 4 - 7 years of consumer brand experience, working on a global or regional marketing team.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and tracking tools.
• Strong digital marketing experience.
• Ability to work and create partnerships cross functionally in a large organisation.
• Ability to craft clear and powerful messaging.
• Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience working with brand ambassadors.
Nice to Haves • Post-graduate qualification in marketing or business.
• Digital marketing qualification.
• Second European language.
• Experience in the medical industry.
• Experience with T1D.
