SENIOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Responsibilities:Develop and manage advanced Business Process Analytics systems utilizing the ARIS platform, particularly focusing on Process Performance Manager.Provide strategic guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders on Business Process Management requirements, emphasizing Analytics and Process Mining, while ensuring thorough documentation of customer needs.Collaborate with the DevOps team to facilitate the deployment of new functionalities, overseeing technical implementation and integration into the organization's IT infrastructure.Oversee the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of data, including the creation and maintenance of data models and the deployment of management dashboards.Independently plan and execute analytics projects across various business domains, prioritizing tasks based on their content and strategic significance.Provide expert Business and Technical Consulting services to Process Designers and Analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.Analyze and resolve complex incidents and technical malfunctions, offering guidance and support to users during troubleshooting.Conduct root cause analyses of malfunctions and issues, utilizing documentation and quality assurance tools to ensure effective problem resolution.Coordinate service delivery with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements.Collaborate with Internal Business Partners to conduct User Acceptance Tests, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.Drive the continuous development of expertise within the DevOps team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Analytics or Process Mining, utilizing tools such as ARIS Process Performance Manager, SAP BI, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.Minimum 3 years' experience in database management, particularly with Oracle and SQL.Strong Business and Technical Consulting skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Proficiency in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes, coupled with strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in business process modeling using Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN 2.0).Proficiency in Process Mining methodologies and tools, including process modeling, configuration, administration tasks, and analytics.Agile working experience, preferably in an agile team environment.Knowledge and experience with SAP ERP systems.Competence in statistical analysis tools and languages such as Python or R.Familiarity with web technologies, including XML and JavaScript.Testing experience, particularly in User Acceptance Testing.Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices.Agile certification(s) from recognized bodies such as Scrum Alliance or SAFe.Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to innovation.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative culture.Benefits:Competitive compensation package based on experience30 days of vacationHybrid work model (2 days in-office per week)Comprehensive package of social benefits
