What you’ll do Key accountabilities and decision ownership Work on the Enrolment of Rural Women into our Ambassadorship Program on a quarterly basis Work with Big Data team to select the women from our “Influencer Model” to be enrolled into the Program Develop a scheme of services that ambassadors can resell to improve Business KPI’s & Market Share in Rural Areas where we are under-indexted Work with Pricing on the Incentive Based Model for the Program Track the KPI’s of the program; Monthly Transactions, Engaged Women, Sales of VF Products, impacted women Work with external partners on partnerships for VF becoming a “Purpose-Led” Brand Develop Business Cases & check the profitability of the program on a monthly basis Work on Entrepreneurship programs post program to make sure Rural Women have secure stable jobs Work on Micro-financing handsets with Terminals & external teams to secure an efficient easy model Who you are Minimum 1-2 Years Experience Strong Communication and Presentation skills Strong Analytical and financial understanding skills Strategic thinking & negotiation skills Ability to innovatively design and launch commercial offerings and proposition   What's in it for you Who we are We are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
