Here’s what you’ll be doing:Risk Assessment Mastery:Dive deep into our assets, infrastructure, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities. Your comprehensive risk assessments will be the foundation for our security strategy.Evaluate risks, considering both impact and likelihood. Prioritize them based on their severity, ensuring we focus on what truly matters.Collaboration Extraordinaire:You won’t be an island. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—legal, IT, and operations—to gather essential information for risk assessments.Your ability to work with others will be key to our success.Security Controls Architect:Develop and implement robust security controls. Your expertise will fortify our defenses against threats.Policies and procedures? You’ll craft them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. No shortcuts here!Driving Security Initiatives:Be the engine behind our security initiatives. Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and drive implementation.Your impact will ripple across the organization, reducing risks and enhancing our security posture.Integration Guardian:When we acquire new assets, you’ll be there. Ensure their security during the initial integration phase.Collaborate with IT and security teams to align with existing frameworks and standards.QualificationsWhat we are looking for in you Fluent in both Spanish and English.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in IT Security, Risk, Audit, or information systems within a enterprise IT environment.In-depth understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Additional Expertise:with cloud technologies.of GDPR governance and compliance requirements.of emerging technologies in Cyber/Information SecurityInclusion and DiversityOur diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
