HAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a SCIB Marketing and Comms Analyst you will contribute in the deployment of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking´s (Santander CIB) marketing and internal communications actions for Global and Europe business teams.

arketing and communicationsCopywriting – both long and short formDigital marketingSocial media management (tools and content)Support for a responsible cultureAbility to multitaskCollaborate openly, as requiredHands on and team playerContribute in the deployment of marketing and communications actions for Santander CIBEXPERIENCE1-2 years´ experience in marketing and/or internal communicationsEDUCATIONBachelor degree in Business,  Journalism,  Marketing or CommsPrevious comms experience in financial services would be preferableFluent in Spanish and EnglishOTHER INFORMATIONKnowledge and experience of marketing and communications activities within the financial services industryAbility to work, communicate and execute in a digital environment across desktop, mobile or other platformsDesign, create and deploy materials and actions to develop and execute SCIB marketing and communications planDrafting, design and execution of marketing and internal comms materialsExcellent stakeholder managementWriting and presentation skillsExceptional attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Some experience with Web Content Management Tools (Wordpress, Drupal…), Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and Adobe Creative Suite may be beneficialAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set clear prioritiesExcellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to demonstrate initiative and adaptabilityTime management and the ability to work under pressureExcellent stakeholder management and engagementExcellent interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility to motivate and encourage teamwork and collaborationIf you want to know more about us, follow us on https://www.
