We are looking for a Salesforce Lead Engineer. 100% remote from Spain (need to live here)Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).⚙ Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and test new functionalities and features in Salesforce to meet business needs.Build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform, using the most appropriate platform capabilityMake appropriate use of Flows, Apex, LWC and other technologies to ensure solutions are built to high standards.Make appropriate use of enterprise design patterns when writing custom code. - Refine technical user stories as required, articulate clearly the technical solution required to meet a specific requirement.Building (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirementsSupport the Tech Lead with ensuring best practises are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required.Act as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritising issues as requiredWork with Tech Leads to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns.Suggest improvements to the development workflow for the development team.💡 Mandatory requirement: 5+ years in Salesforce Development.
