Sales Specialist - Telesales & Admissions (m/f/d) Location.
Düsseldorf, Germany Markets.
Germany, Austria, Switzerland Our client, a globally respected institution in international business education, is looking for a Sales Specialist - Telesales & Admissions to join their growing team.

Position Summary.
This is a sales-driven role focused on engaging and advising prospective master's students from the DACH region.
Through a consultative telesales approach, you'll guide individuals through the admissions journey, highlighting the value of an international education while working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Contact and build relationships with prospective students via phone, email, and video calls.
Present program benefits and support candidates through each step of the admissions process.
Collaborate with admissions teams at global campuses to manage documentation and ensure a smooth experience.
Represent the institution at events, fairs, and school visits throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Host and organize local info sessions and meetups to drive engagement and lead conversion.
Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation outcomes.
Contribute to regional growth initiatives and internal sales performance projects.
Your Profile.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or consultative sales - ideally in the education or services sector.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic international environment.
Fluent in English and native in German; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for events and meetings.
