We align the company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Remote / Hybrid Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as a Sales Ops Specialist you will be responsible for…  Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.
etrics Devise Sales teams optimal organizational structure.
Define key roles and responsibilities, objectives and key results.
Align customer sales cycle with respective Sales workflow.  Improve Sales processes and execution; create and manage operational processes such as target setting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
Work cross-functionally to identify process and tooling gaps that emerge as we rapidly scale our business.
Document business processes and establish long-term governance mechanisms to support productivity-related programs over the long term Improve sellers capabilities.
Collaborate with relevant partners to identify knowledge gaps and design & maintain workflows and playbooks for sales teams.
