The company is looking for this position in Barcelona Reporting to the Managing Director of Hexpol Compounding SLU & Vicom S.
.
a Hexpol Company.
Main responsibilities Weekly and monthly sales programs.
Lead the team members' professional development.
Carry out the monitoring of and negotiation with key accounts.
Analyze and know the market as well as existing/potential competition, defining steps that would allow for a better positioning of the product.
He/she would also carry out actions aimed at brand generation/creation, connecting with the key players in the sector.
Analyzing, planning & monitoring.
Powers.
Close deals with customers following the strategy of company in terms of margins and profitability.
Developing commercial relationships with all customers in the designated areas and in particular with key customers.
Preparation budgets by customer, product and market sector.
Generate agreed sales at acceptable contribution levels to the Company´s target markets and customers, through a professional and diligent approach.
Following up all quotations, which have been prepared by the sales team.
Carry out such customer visits as are required in relation to quality, cash collection or other issues.
Provide the necessary sales support in relation to external and Group customers.
Maintain the Company´s image through a professional approach to all aspects of the sales role.
Prepare all necessary call plans, customer visit reports and market information (competitors, markets, new opportunities).
Provide such other reports as are required by Senior Management on a timely and comprehensive basis.
Carry out such other duties as are required by the Company.
Education / Qualifications Education/Qualifications.
Technical Education(engineering, chemistry) with commercial knowledge or similar skills due to work experience.
Knowledge of accounting regulations Valid.
Relational skills with clients and communication with the rest of Company Areas.
They are looking for someone with a technical profile, desire for growth, proactivity and knowledge of cable customers, applications, regulations.
Language Skills.
Fluent English (written &spoken), Spanish and Catalan.
Other competences / skills Negotiation skills.
Organized and communicative.
Correct judgement of people and situations.
Practical thinking.
Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP &CRM systems).
Commitment to the job, motivated, stress resistant.
Reliable, flexible and accurate work behavior.
