SALES EXCELLENCE EXPERT - GERMAN SPEAKER (VOIS)

Role purpose.
To be the guard of excellent Sales thru Service Delivery (sales at the time of inbound calls at call centre) where required.
To drive sales success and improve overall performance through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, processes, and tools.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Sales Strategy Development.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies/support models that align with the organization's goals and objectives, following up on them to (over)achieve sales targets.
Sales Process improvement/optimization.
Identify opportunities thru call listening/advisors’ feedbacks to improve the sales process and implement best practices to drive increased efficiency.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales tools and technology solutions to support sales teams in their daily activities, improve productivity, and increase revenue.
Sales Training and Development.
Design, implement, and manage sales training programs/sessions to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the sales team members.
Design cheat sheets, Newsletter, hands-on guidance, intelligent videos, or any needed sales materials to engage advisors with Sales and facilitate process to increase sales.
Ensure sales teams have the necessary resources, collateral, and support to successfully engage with customers and close deals.
Performance Management and Analytics.
Monitor sales performance data, identify trends and insights thru call listening, and provide recommendations to sales leadership (operations, client & quality) for optimizing sales performance.
(Daily, weekly & monthly sales reports/updates).
Champion the adoption of proven sales methodologies and best practices across care accounts to drive consistent, high-quality sales execution.
Create a sold Bottom quintile program to educate and turn Low performers into Achievers.
And onboard the new hires intensively to speed up their ramp time and increase their sales productivity.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors' strategies to provide insights and guidance to the sales teams.
Sales Culture.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the sales strategy, driving change initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Create a Sales Buddy Team that consists of Top achievers and Bestsellers to be as our Sales resources.
Design weekly/ monthly soft incentives.

Managing In A Changing Environment  Making A Personal Difference  Must have technical /professional qualifications.
2+ Years of work experience in call centre industry in VOIS (as agent or or Quality Coach “GE”)  Advanced knowledge of call centre industry (systems, processes, sales, techniques, etc)  Good communication skill in English (oral & written), and excellent communication skill in German (oral & written) (C1/C2)  Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and ability to addresses concerns and facilitates two-way feedback.
Excellent command of Excel, Power Point and MS Office use  Passion for maximising Sales excellence performance  Excellent presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Passion for creating value & sales to end customers.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and ability to multi-task.
Team player and strong influence skills.
Must have good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision and under tight timelines.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellence mindset striving to exceed expectations.
Data aware and analytical capability to translate operational metrics into customer experience is a plus point.
