Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a new French-speaking Sales Enablement Specialist to strengthen the onboarding, training, and continuous development of our Sales French team, and help drive excellence at scale.

ith a growing salesforce and the recent launch of initiatives like our Sales Academy, structured 2-week onboarding track, and a Management Training program for all new team leads and managers, we’re investing in our people like never before.
hat will you be doing?Deliver engaging and effective onboarding training sessions for new sales hires — helping them ramp up quickly and confidently.
acilitate interactive learning moments like role-plays, workshops, and peer-led knowledge exchanges that make learning stick.
ollaborate with senior trainers and sales leadership to maintain, update, and improve training content in line with our goals and methodologies.
nalyse the effectiveness of programs, capture feedback, and continuously improve delivery based on real outcomes.
artner with sales managers and team leads to tailor programs and support ongoing development across the funnel.
omplete certifications in core sales methodologies (such as MEDDIC) to develop your own expertise and help embed best practices across the team.

1–2 years in sales, account management, or enablement/training roles.
