Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example Working on the shop floor, you will be in constant contact with the team, supporting and coaching where needed, ensuring a consistent client experience Able to work on KPI's and meeting the sales target with good communication skills Participates to all the product presentations (of all the product categories) done in the store Communicates to the Management the collected information regarding clients.
Executes the follow up of clients’ requests Takes part in the store and department meeting Requirements.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion company Strong experience of clienteling and CRM within luxury Fluency in Sapnish and English language Offering.
