Mojo Sharing is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing the real estate market in Spain with an alternative approach. We offer an opportunity for our clients to own a luxury apartment or villa for only 1/8 of the price, providing exceptional value and allowing people to own a high-value vacation home they would not normally afford. We specialize in luxury real estate co-ownership, where clients purchase a portion of the property and can use it for over 6 weeks a year or rent it out.Job Description:As a Sales Advisor at Mojo Sharing, you will play a significant role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for managing your clients and leads. We will provide you with all the leads you need to succeed in selling Mojo Sharing properties. Your day-to-day work will involve contacting new leads, maintaining ongoing communication with sales-qualified leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process from beginning to end. Additionally, you will take your clients on tours to showcase the properties and surrounding areas. If you are dynamic, proactive, possess the "mojo," and have a passion for sales and service, we want you to join our team!Key Responsibilities:- Daily contact with clients- Contact new as well as existing leads- Conduct tours for clients visiting Spain- Client Interaction: Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.- Become an expert in our products and processes, providing comprehensive knowledge to clients.- Participate in on-site training to stay updated on industry trends.- Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.- Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and go the extra mile to make clients feel valued.- Track your KPIsQualifications:- Must be proactive and eager to develop at The House Mojo.- Sales experience is a plus.- Not afraid to make phone calls.- Valid driver's license- Excellent communication skills- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Comfortable being on video.- Fluent in English (A plus if you have another language such as Danish, Spanish, or a third)At Mojo Sharing, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
