If you are invited to interview for the position, your recruiter will advise on the vaccine requirement status in your geographic location.  We are searching for the best talent for Regional Communications Manager, Business Units JJMT LATAM to be in Bogotá, Colombia; Santiago de Chile, Chile and Mexico City, Mexico.
Purpose:  The Regional Communications Manager, Business Units will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated 360° regional communication initiatives for Surgery, DePuy Synthes and CSS in Latin America, aimed at engaging, influencing, and inspiring key stakeholders.
 Through different tools, will lead both Internal and External Communication activities, managing different platforms, developing digital campaigns, as well as supporting leaders on communication capabilities.
Will partner with regional and global leaders to align on the strategy and to bring communications counseling based on market and business assessment.
  You will be responsible for.
• Support the definition and execute regional communications strategies and campaigns for the Business Units and their respective specialties platforms aimed at increasing brand awareness, support brand & product positioning, influencing and engaging stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
Alignment with Clusters communications leaders for local optimization and implementation.
• Definition and implementation of strategy for digital communications initiatives for the Business Units as well as JJMT in the region                                           Develop Leadership communications and provide executive counseling to the three Business Units leaders for LATAM • KPIs (establish, collect and analyze metrics in order to improve communication initiatives).
  • Liaison with global communications leaders for the Business Units in order to align the priorities and to bring global initiatives to the region • Interaction with regional communications agency for strategy alignment and evaluation Qualifications Required Minimum Education.
achelors Degree in Communications related areas, such as Public Relations and Journalism                                    Required Years of Related Experience.
 Minimum 12 years     Digital Communication experience Fluent in English – Required Fluent in Spanish – Desired
