Descripción de puesto.
An opportunity for a Quality performance agent has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).
RESPONSIBILITIES You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase.
- Process performance and product adherence to standards - Reliability of processes - Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
SKILLS We are looking for young talents that are enthusiastic about their work and passionate about the issues that the aerospace industry is facing.
The candidates should feature the following competences.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in computer engineering or telecommunications.
• Programming knowledge • Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
