QA LEAD We are looking for a professional withat least 6 years of experience performing the role of QA LEAD TASKS &RESPONSABILITIES ● Leading the definition and implementation of the Testing Strategy andsubsequent coordination of resources, tasks, risks, dependencies, and servicerequirements.
● Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners, and other stakeholders toalign the Test Strategy with program goals.
● Define, implement and manage functional and non-functional testing stages ● Define testing objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for each workstreamwithin the program ● Define and track relevant quality metrics, KPI's ● Roll out of clear, concise, and consistent test reporting ● Incident management ● Preparation of reports for Bi-Weekly Management Committee MANDATORY SKILLS.
● Proficient in Confluence, JIRA andJIRA Xray ● Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment and the ability towork under pressure ● Excellent oral and written communication skills ● Master in QA Methodologies ● Excellent attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills ● Proven Test Management and skills in relation to Agile/DevOps set up withinprojects NICE TO HAVE.
● Fluent in Spanish - Written and Spoken ● Experience in Gravity projects QUALITIES.
● Team player ● Energetic, motivated and determined ● Pragmatic and results-oriented ● Adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities ● Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ● Productive and able to manage time effectively EDUCATION.
● Bachelor degree in ComputerScience / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practicalexperience of software delivery at an advanced level.
Language.
● Fluent in English with exceptionalcommunication skills.(Written and Spoken) WE OFFER.
