Job Description The Purchasing Administrator is responsible for acquiring the supplies raw materials and services necessary for the efficient operation of the plant.
Their duties include managing inventory to ensure product availability negotiating with suppliers to secure the best conditions in terms of quality price and delivery time and closely monitoring agreements and contracts.
They also actively collaborate with other departments to stay informed about developments changes and innovations that may affect purchasing.

Advanced knowledge of SAP Intermediate to high level of English Basic computer literacy Basic knowledge of food safety Training in Purchasing Management and Negotiation Techniques (valued) Personal Competencies.
