Garantizar un servicio excelente durante toda la estancia del huésped, con enfoque en satisfacción y fidelización.
Coordinar mantenimiento y supervisar proveedores para asegurar estándares premium.
Resolver incidencias técnicas y solicitudes con rapidez y empatía.
Colaborar con equipos internos para una operativa fluida del edificio.
Supervisar la calidad general del activo e impulsar mejoras continuas.
Gestionar documentación, contratos y reportes operativos.
Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo.
Lo que traes.
Experiencia en gestión de propiedades o hospitality premium.
Enfoque proactivo y resolutivo, con capacidad para mantener la calma ante imprevistos.
Atención al detalle y vocación de servicio en cada interacción.
Capacidad para coordinar equipos y proveedores externos eficazmente.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas.
Dominio del español y del inglés por la base de clientes internacionales.
Residencia en Barcelona y disponibilidad en horario de 8.
