PRESALES AND DELIVERY SOLUTION ARCHITECT - UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS

Your day to day.
The UC Solution Architect is responsible for the definition, design and implementation of the specific complex Solutions for business customers.
The Solution Architecture team members typically represent a design tower in a complex solution where the Solution Architect will work as part of a virtual team coordinated by an overall Solution Authority.
The end-2-end solutions being offered, may contain elements from one or multiple of the following areas.
Unified Communications and collaboration, Fixed connectivity (Data and Voice), Managed LAN and Wi-Fi, Mobile Voice and Data, Managed mobility services, such as device management and control, Security Services In this context, the Service Architect is responsible for designing the appropriate service wraps for our customers, ensuring compliance and deliverability within Vodafone service model, together with the actual implementation of the solution.
This can include, but is not limited to, defining service models, service performance, SLAs, contract compliance, service transition planning, Statements Of Work, Future Modes of Operation and 3rd party vendor relationships.
As an additional value added to the role, the SA will part of the development of automation process for the products.

•    IT and telecom solutions design  •    Capture and interpret customer  requirements, and design solutions to meet these customer requirements.
•    Produce the service design for assigned solution elements and drive global SLAs and service standards  •    Document service solution in RFP responses, proposals and High Level Solution Designs and Customer Statement of Work documentation •    Works with the assigned lead solution authority to ensure solutions are deliverable in the timeframes committed and have passed all appropriate governance gates.
Solutions should be scalable, repeatable, and utilizing existing standard services •    Cooperates with the selected stakeholders to ensure a proper governance of the propsed solutions   With these skills you are a great candidate.
•    3+ years experience in dealing with large corporate customers in a pre-sales design area •    Ability to present to internal stakeholders and senior customer contacts  •    International experience desirable (working internationally and/or working with global solutions)  •    Excellent standard of written and spoken English language skills and optionally one of German, Italian, Spanish or other relevant regional language  •    Ability to both influence, and show resolve under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure solution designs are deliverable  •    Nice to have is the Experience with front-end frameworks such as CSS, JavaScript, and React.
