PR & COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

He/she will analyze media coverage and contributes to creating compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistent corporate, trade, and consumer messaging.
Foster positive relationships with the media and key opinion leaders across all channels.
Key Accountabilities * Develop and implement media relations aligned with global and Italian Market guidelines; * Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, Q&A and statements; * Manage day-to-day relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers; * Contribute to the organization of PR events, press trips and interviews; * Collaborate with internal teams to identify and amplify newsworthy content; * Manage press materials and ensure message consistency across all channels; * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify PR opportunities.
Qualifications (experience, skills) * Minimum 3 years' experience in a PR or media relations role, in a company or communications agency; * Experience in travel, tourism, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors is preferred; * Fluent in Italian and English; * Degree in Communications Sciences, Journalism, Political Science or similar; * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, media monitoring tools, graphic (Canva), reporting and analysis tools; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Available for frequent business trips.
