Your tasks Contacting existing customers with active insurance policies.
Offering insurance renewals and additional coverage for household appliances.
Providing detailed information on warranties, policies, and coverage terms.
Managing customer databases and handling software tools efficiently.
Your profile Fluent in Portuguese At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls, in the last 3 years.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
