What´s like to work in Softonic ! About the Position As our People Operations and Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our People Transformation journey.
Beyond ensuring smooth and accurate payroll and benefits administration, you’ll help optimize the tools and processes that support our employees every day.

REQUIREMENTS Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR tools and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure smooth operations across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, always aiming to enhance the employee experience.
Play an active role in cross-functional HR projects that drive operational efficiency and support our People strategy.
Manage payroll in close collaboration with our external provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Oversee benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records and data.
Prepare and analyze regular HR reports and provide data analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
Partner with Finance on monthly and annual reporting processes.
Contribute to initiatives that promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
Minimum experience and qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with responsibility for payroll, HR operations, and process improvement.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulatory frameworks.
University degree in Labor Relations, Labor Science, or a related field.
Fluent in French (spoken and written); advanced English (C1 or above).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with proven ability to manage and analyze data.
Comfortable working across multiple digital tools simultaneously; experienced in using HRIS platforms and motivated by automation and efficiency.
Knowledge of HiBob is a plus Non Technical requirements High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Absolute discretion and experience handling sensitive information in a confidential environment.
Good team player, flexible and adaptive Proactive approach to challenges, with a natural problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
