What Will My Functions Be? As a Payroll Specialist, you will review, supervise and play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies, while staying up-to-date with the latest labor regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include.
Technical review.
You will review the work of trainees and assistants, monitor deliverables, and guarantee high standards by meticulously reviewing workpapers, provisions, and documentation.
Payroll Processing.
You will handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll, ensuring accuracy while leading client processes, managing documentation, and serving as the technical contact, all in adherence to internal processes.
Compliance Management.
You will stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, relevant tax laws, labor regulations, company policies, and all obligations related to social security, health entities, and local authorities.
Technology and Processes.
You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.
