Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership • Handle Rolling out of new Vodafone shared sites with Other operators and make sure to maintain the targeted NW topology.
• Handling VF upgrades requests in other operators and vice versa, keeping the balance between VF and others.
• Creating solid processes, SLAs and communications matrices for operational issues to guarantee maximum operability of the shared sites and keep them up-to-date.
• Regularly monitor the operational activities in light with agreed upon SLAs and processes.
• Record violations / take proper actions with involved stakeholders according to the contract.
• Set regular monthly and bi-weekly operational meetings with other operators to discuss hot operational issues.
• Responsible for power approval balance in the operational shared sites.
• Handle new sharing sites rollout, all shared sites trouble tickets with other operator and upgrades requests • Communication with other operators Management.
• Health, safety & wellbeing insurance Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience • Excellent project Management Skills • Min 5 years in technical supervisory position related to GSM/ UMTS /LTE /Transmission Access Network field • Excellent experience in the GSM/ UMTS /LTE /Transmission Microwave links and power systems.
• Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic market environment.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
• BSC of Engineering in electronics & communication or Civil Engineering with Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Mobile Business (GSM, UMTS, LTE &Transmission) field among which at least 5 years in Technology related functions • Excellent Project Management skills • Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic market environment.
• Excellent MS office skills.
• Good command of English language, Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Analytical and creative thinking.
Well organized, co-operative.
