MS365 Senior & Junior Seleccionamos perfiles Junior y Senior, para formar parte de nuestro proyecto, y deben contar con estos conocimientos previos para poder desenvolverse bien con el entorno del proyecto.
De 5 a 8 años de experiencia en Sistemas Operativos Microsoft y Microsoft Exchange, para los perfiles SENIORS y de 3 a 5 años para perfiles JUNIORS.
- Experto Exchange Online (Administración de licencias P1, P2, KIOSK).
- Experto M365 (toda la suite.
Sharepoint, Teams, VIVA, Power Platform, Power BI, Teams Phone System, etc) (Administración de licencias F1, F3, E1, E3, E5).
- Experto en AAD Connect, ADFS, 2MFA.
- Experto en soluciones de seguridad (Azure Active Directory Premium, Exchange Online EOP, Exchange Online ATP, Microsoft Defender For Endpoint, etc.) y conocimiento sobre otros fabricantes, por ejemplo.
Proofpoint.
- Experto en entornos híbridos y en migraciones de correo onprem a online.
- Conocimientos de administración Windows 10, Windows 11 para puestos físicos y virtuales (Citrix y AVD) - Conocimientos de administración Android e IOs para dispositivos móviles.
- Conocimientos en la operación de System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Capacidades de desarrollo con PowerShell, API Graph, etc.
- Operación sobre herramientas de ticketing (Remedy, Service Now, etc).
- Conocimiento Exchange Server , Exchange Server .
- Conocimiento Windows Server .
- Conocimiento en la operación de System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Conocimiento SQL Server.
Deseable conocimiento en administración y operación de los entornos de backup basados en COMMVAULT Metallic y Veam Backup O365.
Certificaciones Deseables.
Microsoft 365 Certified.
EA Expert Microsoft 365 Certified.
Fundamentals Idiomas.
Español, Ingles, Portugues (Brasileño) Skills.
M365, ITIL, Exchenge, Liderazgo, Capacidad de Comunicación, Capacidad de resolución de problemas e incidencias, Compartición de conocimiento Se valorará positivamente el poseer certificado de discapacidad, en el marco de nuestra política de inclusión y diversidad.
