We are searching the best talent for Marketing and Medical Access Analyst to be in Bogotá - Colombia The Marketing and Medical Access Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Country Value Team (CVT) across all activities, from strategic planning to the execution of action plans.
The primary objective is to enhance the CVT's ability to develop brand initiatives and facilitate informed decision-making through comprehensive analysis.
This includes all Marketing, Medical, and Access initiatives related to the therapeutic area. Essential Duties.
Promotional, Medical, and Access Materials.
Support the product, medical, and access managers in briefing with agencies or the Regional Content Hub.
Review materials with the agency or Content Hub, submit, and control materials in iMedical.
Open Purchase Orders (POs) to create materials or purchase any other relevant items for the implementation of the CVT strategy.
Connect with the Phygital team to ensure that materials are on the iPads of sales reps or MSLs.
Monitor the validity of materials in iMedical.
Follow up on the materials schedule every cycle with the CVT to ensure the team has the materials on time.
CVT-Owned Events.
Support the CVT in defining the scope of the event, agenda/invitation, and speakers.
Open events in ICEM and control approval flows.
Monitor the progress of the event with the Events team (logistics and materials to be used).
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising, social communication and journalism, or related fields.
Advanced level of English.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar roles.
