Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️A university degree in a technical field.A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in running log management and analytics platforms (experience with Elastic Stack is essential; Splunk is a bonus).Extensive background in administering and optimizing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).Strong experience in Linux administration.Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) with proven experience migrating solutions to containerized environments (such as OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Services).Familiarity with cloud services (particularly Azure) for deploying and managing log management solutions.Proficiency in infrastructure automation and provisioning tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible).Experience with project and process management tools using agile methodologies (such as SAFe or SCRUM) and tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.Must be available to work in a time zone within ±2 hours of Switzerland.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈Architectural & Engineering Leadership:Design and implement high-performance, scalable log management solutions by selecting the right tools (including Elastic Stack and Cribl; Splunk is a bonus) based on business needs.Solution Migration:Lead the migration of log management solutions to containerized environments (OpenShift, AKS) without disrupting existing operations.Use Case Identification & Documentation:Collaborate with business and IT product teams to identify, document, and prioritize use cases for log management.Strategic Migration Planning & Execution:Develop and execute a strategic plan for migrating existing use cases from Splunk to Elastic, ensuring minimal disruption and accurate data transfer.Monitoring, Logging, and Optimization:Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems with dashboards and alerts to proactively address potential issues.Continuously monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and implement optimizations to enhance performance.Training, Support & Continuous Improvement:Provide training and support to IT and business users on the new Elastic platform, developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation to drive adoption.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) guiding engineering teams through data migrations, upgrades, and the adoption of new log management technologies.Incident & Request Management:Collaborate closely with IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and efficient handling of user requests.🚀 WHY US? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
