LOCAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - XIAOMI APPSTORE (SPAIN)

As a Local Operations Specialist for the Xiaomi AppStore, you will serve as the key liaison between Xiaomi and its user base in Spain. Your mission is to optimize local operations, support users, gather actionable insights, and contribute to an outstanding user experience with Xiaomi mobile products.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries and issues.
Deliver technical support and product guidance.
Foster strong user relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Market Analysis
Research and report on local market trends, user behaviors, and opportunities.
Track competitors and share findings with internal teams.
Support the development and execution of local marketing campaigns.
Operational Oversight
Ensure Xiaomi AppStore operations align with local laws and standards.
Track and analyze product performance to suggest improvements.
User Research
Collect, summarize, and present user feedback and market sentiment.
Perform weekly analysis of multi-channel user data with an emphasis on experience issues.
Conduct product walkthroughs to identify usability challenges.
Manage the Xiaomi Fans community and monitor recurring user concerns.
Team Coordination
Work closely with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
Provide market feedback to improve product features and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Technical understanding of software and mobile applications.
Strong customer service skills and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data analysis proficiency, especially in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
Familiarity with Xiaomi devices and mobile ecosystems; Xiaomi Fans highly preferred.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
