Redacción de documentos legales y distintos tipos de contratos, así como gestión de la firma y archivo de dichos contratos Revisión y aprobación de materiales promocionales y no promocionales de las distintas áreas terapéuticas Atender a consultas y solicitudes de las distintas áreas de negocio relacionadas con aspectos legales y de Compliance farmacéutico Mantener los registros relacionados con la Protección de Datos de carácter personal debidamente actualizados Ser el principal punto de contacto con consultores legales externos Mantenerse al día con las distintas actualizaciones y novedades legislativas aplicables al sector Proporcionar soporte en la formación en materia de Compliance para las nuevas incorporaciones Supervisar que se cumplan las políticas y procedimientos en materia de Compliance farmacéutico ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? El perfil deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos.
Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho Valorable formación de postgrado en Compliance o experiencia en la industria farmacéutica Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición legal o de compliance Inglés avanzado Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de pensamiento crítico Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita Habilidades para documentar e informar ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
