LABOR LAW & HR PROJECTS SPECIALIST

Job Description Summary Role to support locally with Employee relations as well as projects for the international commercial organization in pharma.
This role will be responsible for HR activity through the colleague lifecycle across the Spanish and Portuguese population.
The client group is across various functions including service commercial and supporting functions.
As well supporting international projects for the Pharma organization.
Due to the matrixed set up of GE HealthCare you will be working closely with multiple members of the HR team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of HR processes.

Required Qualifications.
Education.
achelors degree in Legal Law Employee relations Human Resources or related field or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
Experience.
trong background in Employee Relations including labor law compliance collective bargaining conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
Experience managing or supporting HR-related projects is desired.
Fluent in English and Spanish Skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills ability to analyze and resolve problems project management skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
