Provide customers with outstanding service and educate them about the optimal use of Smoobu across multiple platforms including phone, email and chat Resolve customers’ issues in a timely and effective manner Assessing and understanding the needs customers and recommend new processes, products, or services in line with customer expectations Contribute to our knowledge base and help center by creating email templates and articles for future use Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution Think out of the box and proactively improve processes for you and your team You’ll be successful in this role if you.
+1 years of customer service experience with a track record of over-achieving quota Are a detail oriented people-person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills Have a strong phone presence with excellent listening and presentation skills Have experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM as well as SaaS sales or travel tech is a plus High proficiency in Italian.
Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, German, Spanish, French, Croatian, or Greek, at a professional level would be advantageous.
We also welcome candidates with proficiency in other languages.
