IT SUPPORT TEAM LEAD

We would like to add talent to our systems team in our EMEASA division in Alcobendas and that is why we want to incorporate a Team Leader for our Technical Support team to give first-level assistance to our users in this area. The profile we are looking for is from a person who can offer formal attention, who has a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage a team of 3 people who give support to more than 120 stores in all Europe.That's why successful candidate should be able to speak high level of English. As well as being available to travel across the Europe.What we are looking for:Experience in Team Leading from 2 to 3 years.Title in system administration and network. (ASIR. CISCO title will be valued)Acknowledge of an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstation, and Printers)Acknowledge of microcomputing.NetworkingUnderstanding of TCP/IPAssembly Telecom rackAvailability to give On-duty support and overtime.Time flexibilityHigh availability to TravelWhat you will be doingPlan, organize and improve support to internal RIA stores: remote and on-site support. Microsoft System Administration: Medium level.Manage Active Directory: create accounts, users, groups and distribution lists.Exchange, Azure and o365 Apps: Acknowledge to user email administration.Give support in Europe Traveling to all Ria´s stores.Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and Jira)Lead the technical team that provides internal support to more than 120 stores.Incident Management (SLA)Acknowledge about Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall)Document incidents/Problems in Ria´store applicationsGenerate reporting | Impact analysisAble to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems.
