In our technical office we offer services according to the needs of each client, since in BETWEEN we can be responsible for all the development tasks related to the life cycle of your product.
The selected person will be in charge of managing and analyze internal tools for their correct functioning, supporting users, providing training and assistance, and participating in their development.
What will I do? These will be your main functions.
You will provide information and assistance to internal users on how the tool works.
Documentation and reporting to support the user experience in their work.
Analysis and continuous improvement of internal tools.
Automation of processes.
Detect problems that may recur, provide assistance and detect permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
Participate in tool development and change projects.
You will drive continuous improvement of the tools.
How will I do it? You will work hand in hand with a highly specialised team.
You will have a PC and all the necessary software licences.
You will have an IT support team at your disposal.
