Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and networks Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed Keep an inventory of tech equipment and software licenses Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth workflow What We're Looking For.
