Job Description:
As an IT Security Operation specialist, this service will be accountable to improve and maintain the security level of the Hosting Platforms. To achieve this mission, you will:
Follow operating system patch campaigns to ensure a good and constant execution of the update processes.
Manage the Security Exception requests approval for Hosting (SEM).
Follow Antivirus updates and upgrades and advice subcontractors troubleshooting any dysfunction.
Follow Security tools deployment like Splunk, EDR, Qualys, Sysmon.
Implement remediation plan following global Qualys report
Participate on the CyberArk onboarding process when new application and/or infrastructure must be onboarded.
Backup the Security Product Manager on basics tasks on the Hosting Security applications like CyberArk and VDI Bastion.
Participate of documentation and process building for the Administration bastion (CyberArk and VDI)
