Resource and Budget Management.
Supervise the technology team and efficiently manage IT resources and budget.

Information security and regulatory compliance.
Ensure information security and regulatory compliance in all technology operations, particularly concerning guest data transactions.

Collaborate closely with business leaders and other departments to understand their needs and ensure effective integration of technology into their processes.
Team management.
Direct and develop teams of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Relationships with technology vendors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors to optimize the acquisition of hardware, software and services.
We are looking for a candidate with.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CIO within the hospitality industry.
Essential to provide a proven experience in IT projects that directly influence on sales development.
In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems and technologies specific to the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in managing information security and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of emerging technological trends and their applicability in the hospitality sector.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multifunctional teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
