Sobre la empresa:
Industria química busca un ejecutivo de cuentas responsable de la relación de las cuentas asignadas
Reportando al Business Manager estará enfocado a los principales KPI’s y establecerá relaciones a largo plazo así como en el aumento del portfolio actual.
Responsabilidades:
- Influenciar empresas del sector para que compren la variedad de productos ofertados
- Ser el principal punto de contacto en las asignadas cuentas y todos los requerimientos solicitados
- Gestión de los clientes asignados y mejora de la experiencia del cliente así como la mejora de ventas
- Formar parte activa en reuniones con los clientes para darles a conocer los productos Ayudar y mejorar la relación con los clientes actuales
- Ser la imagen de la empresa y transmitir entusiasmo, profesionalidad, confianza y credibildad a nuestros clientes
Requisitos del puesto
Experiencia y Califiaciones necesarias:
- CGFS en Business / Comercio internacional o similar
- Español e Inglés
- Francés y Catalán serán un plus
- Excelente en ventas y dotes negociadoras, habilidad para influenciar y seguridad en las llamadas y reuniones.
- Orientación al cliente con buena escucha y empatía
- Motivación y capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Autonomia
- Focalizado en resultados y objetivos
- Experiencia en el sector químico es un plus.
