IT ASSET AND PROCUREMENT ANALYST

As an IT Procurement and Asset Analys t, you'll be an essential support player within our Enterprise Technology organization.
Your role will focus on procuring IT hardware, software, and services and helping manage our technology assets effectively.
What you'll do Assist in the procurement process for IT resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions Help maintain vendor contact information and documentation Support the implementation and management of asset-tracking systems Collaborate with teams to understand their IT needs and assist in providing procurement solutions.
Participate in audits of IT assets to ensure compliance and proper licensing Assist in analyzing procurement activities and asset utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities Help develop and maintain IT procurement and asset management documentation Work closely with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations Assist with monthly expense reports and cost tracking What We're Looking For Basic understanding of IT procurement and asset management.
Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
Eagerness to learn and grow in managing IT procurement and assets in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.
Bonus Points Accredited certification in procurement, supply chain management, or asset management (e.
., CPSM, CSCP, ITIL, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education or work experience.
