Your responsibilities will be the following.
- Provide technical and functional support to customers in the completion of their surveys.
- Management of a portfolio of freemium clients (companies or schools).
- Integration of clients in the back-office and configuration of their surveys.
- Closing of the survey and accreditation.
Participate and take responsibility in transversal projects aimed at improving the customer experience in the use of the platform.
urrently pursuing a master’s degree at a business school or university, you are looking for a 6-month internship at the end of your studies.
ou have previous experience in customer service and/or portfolio management; experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
You have a genuine interest in HR and CSR issues.
ou demonstrate thoroughness in project management, pedagogical skills and an excellent sense of interpersonal relationships.
You have a good level of English, enabling you to support our international clients in the success of their surveys; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
ou enjoy working in a team.
