¿Qué harás? Serás responsable de gestionar el proceso de inmigración de nuestros clientes, desde la asesoría sobre solicitudes de visados hasta la interacción con entidades gubernamentales españolas.
Te formarás en las normativas y procesos legales, y trabajarás de manera remota con un equipo de apoyo.
Tus responsabilidades principales incluirán.
- Supervisar y gestionar el proceso completo de inmigración de los clientes.
- Guiar a los clientes en la preparación y envío de solicitudes de visa.
- Interactuar con organismos gubernamentales como Extranjería y UGE.
- Organizar tus propios espacios de trabajo y manejar un volumen alto de casos de manera efectiva.
- Mantener una comunicación constante con los clientes y asegurar su satisfacción.

Fluidez en español e inglés.
