from now on or later Your tasks • Assisting the chefs in the food preparation, helping to prepare ingredients • Getting basic knowledge of all sections in the kitchen • Preparing food and serving at the buffet • Getting to know where to stock the food, rotate stock, stock ordering, check and use best-before date, restocking, disposing of the expired food items • Understanding of basic food hygiene practices Your profile • A-level students, students in Gastronomy and Catering, Cook trainee or trainee in Tourism, Foreign Languages, etc.
