INTERIOR DESIGNER / FF&E SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FF&E and solid technical skills, including the ability to produce technical drawings and specifications.
Procurement experience is an advantage.
roficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max (V-Ray), is essential.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
The successful candidate will be motivated and self-driven, with a creative mindset and the ability to seamlessly integrate functionality with visual appeal.
n this role, you will play a central part in all aspects of interior design projects, from conception to execution.

esponsibilities.
Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts that complement and enhance the overall design and user experience Produce Interior Sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3d renders.
Specify high-quality finishes, products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goals Produce FF&E documentations and packages Collaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers.
Design spaces that are suitable and optimized for a high end user experience.
Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality Independently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects
