Análisis y Reporting de Datos Digitales
- Monitorizar y analizar el tráfico web, conversiones y comportamiento del usuario utilizando Google Analytics y/o Adobe Analytics (idealmente un perfil de cada uno)
- Desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes para visualizar KPIs y tendencias.
- Identificar patrones de comportamiento en los datos y generar insights estratégicos.
Optimización de la Experiencia Digital
- Proporcionar recomendaciones basadas en datos para optimizar la conversión y el engagement en canales digitales.
- Evaluar el rendimiento de campañas digitales y acciones de marketing para medir su impacto en el negocio.
- Implementar y validar estrategias de segmentación y personalización de la audiencia.
Colaboración con Equipos Clave
- Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de Marketing, Producto, UX y Desarrollo para definir estrategias basadas en datos.
- Comunicar hallazgos de manera clara a stakeholders no técnicos, traduciendo datos en insights accionables.
- Apoyar en la implementación de etiquetas y eventos de tracking mediante Google Tag Manager o Adobe Launch.
Medición y Estrategia de Datos
- Definir estrategias de medición y asegurarse de que los datos sean precisos y confiables.
- Validar y depurar datos, garantizando la integridad de la información en los informes.
- Explorar tendencias en datos digitales para anticipar oportunidades de negocio.
Experiencia Skills Técnicos
- 3+ años de experiencia en analítica web y generación de insights basados en datos.
- Conocimientos avanzados en Google Analytics (GA4) y/o Adobe Analytics (idealmente un perfil de cada)
- Experiencia en Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch o herramientas similares de gestión de etiquetas.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos (Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Habilidad para analizar datos y generar insights estratégicos para la toma de decisiones.
