Description: We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Inbound Sales Representative (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects. What we offer youYou will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team. You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team. Your benefits:Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00Salary 20 000 euros gross/year + up to 3000 euros gross/year in bonusGreat office location in BarcelonaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized courses What you'll experience with usAs an Inbound sales representative in our team, you will:Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled on line Account management of gold customers and partnersPerform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks)Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the timeGive feedback on sales activity Skills for the SpecialistIdentify right contacts at customersAsk the right questions to identify customer needsTrack, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipelineCollect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions We'll be a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch with an advanced English levelHave one year of related sales experienceHave excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skillsWork toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritizationCan demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisionsCan establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriateWe are dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can learn and develop themselves professionally.
