Manage the administrative aspects of hiring, terminating and rotating the work of regular and temporary staff.
Manage the database of regular and temporary personnel in HR software.
hours and attendance, Therefore (payslip on-line and CU).
Periodic management of the hours and attendance of temporary staff and communication to the external payroll service.
Front-office activities to support employees in understanding the social, fiscal and legal aspects of their paychecks.
Manage employee time and attendance.
Manage the TFR complementary funds online.
Statistical printouts on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage Privacy in collaboration with IT Manager and external consultant.
Manage all aspects of the expatriation in collaboration with an external consultant.
Manage the hiring and termination dossier, according to the law and procedures; manage relations with external agencies (Direzione Provinciale/Regionale del Lavoro, Inail, Inps, Cometa fund…); lead all aspects of the payroll processing process, verifying compliance with due dates and correctness of data; manage payslip and CU tax on the portal and be the employee interface; assisting Finance in the management of payments (eg foreclosures, trade union deductions, employee loans, payslips, funds); ensure the correct application of social, tax and labor regulations, coordinating with the external payroll service and the HR manager; support the HR Controller in reporting (holidays, overtime, temporary,...) and in the management of expatriates; manage EIP (contractual performance premium), EIP Plus; privacy management with the support of external consultant and IT Manager; define and manage confidentiality agreements for new hires; create/support the implementation of training and awareness programs/in information security and promote them within the company context.
