HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Since 2004 in Fragrance Science we create, produce and export all over the world our fragrances for their application in cosmetics, detergents, home care products and fine perfumery. We are currently seeking for a highly-motivated HR specialist with expertise in labour relations, ready to work within a rapidly growing organisation with the international and dynamic team.The role descriptionBe responsible for following HR operations: payroll, labor law compliance, employee records, contracts, terminations, etc.;Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, sanctions and disciplinary communication;Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;Administration of employees' data to the system (employee's portal); update and keep organized all the digital documentation related with employees (related to payroll, hirings, terminations, safety and other legal documentation, etc.);Administrative and executive support in organising trainings, courses, bonification of courses in FUNDAE;Upon request manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, incorporation & onboarding process.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in labour relations, payroll and/or other HR activities. Knowledges of Spanish labour/ employment legislation and payroll administration, SS.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent English and Spanish.High capacity for managing multiple projects simultaneously, influencing and gaining credibility with all levels of employees and management.EducationUniversity degree in related careersWe offerPermanent contractImmediate incorporationSalary in accordance with experience and qualificationsStability and long-term opportunities
