We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Business Partner Specialist to join our People team.
The main mission of the HRBP Specialist role is to support the design implementation and execution of the people strategy agenda and processes for the assigned domains leveraging standard ING HR practices and tools and identifying ad hoc solutions where needed.

This role will report to a senior HRBP.
Your key responsibilities.
As an HRBP Specialist you will.
Act as a trusted advisor on people matters for the executives within the assigned domains.
Support the design of the domains people plan and its execution ensuring the right HR infrastructure is put in place to deliver the program.
Advise management on HR solutions tools policies and processes to build the domains for today and tomorrow.
Partner with business leaders to design the business and people strategy and build strategic workforce plans to support execution.
Build a Performance Culture supporting leaders in using performance and talent management solutions to drive individual and team performance.
Monitor and report on the workforce of each domain including FTEs to provide insights and support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.

Strong HR generalist knowledge and subject matter expertise.
Trusted advisor to senior management and HR colleagues.
Ability to manage own workload working to deadlines and able to balance different priorities.
Provide proactive feedback in a structured way.
Experience in managing change processes on a global scale.
Ability to influence and get things done in a functional setting working effectively with matrix governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High affinity with numbers and data and comfort in analyzing data to extract conclusions and actions.
Knowledge and experience 4 -6 years of HR experience.
Experienced working with senior leadership.
Fluent in English and Spanish both written and oral.
Understanding of Spanish market and regulations.
Experienced working in an international environment.

Buscamos a un/a profesional con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Personas como HR Business Partner Specialist.
La misin principal de este rol es apoyar el diseo la implementacin y la ejecucin de la estrategia de personas y los procesos asociados en los dominios asignados aprovechando las prcticas y herramientas estndar de ING en materia de RRHH e identificando soluciones ad hoc cuando sea necesario.
Las reas de Expertise (CoEs) y People Services son verdaderas aliadas en este camino.
Este rol reportar a un/a HRBP senior.
Tus principales responsabilidades.
Como HRBP Specialist tu rol incluir.
Actuar como asesor/a de confianza en temas de personas para el equipo ejecutivo de los dominios asignados.
Apoyar el diseo del plan de personas de cada dominio y su ejecucin asegurando que se establezca la infraestructura adecuada de RRHH para llevarlo a cabo.
Asesorar a la gestin sobre soluciones herramientas polticas y procesos de RRHH para construir los equipos del presente y del futuro.
Colaborar con lderes del negocio en el diseo de la estrategia empresarial y de personas desarrollando planes estratgicos de fuerza laboral que respalden su ejecucin.
Impulsar una cultura de alto rendimiento apoyando a lderes en el uso de herramientas de gestin del talento y desempeo para potenciar el rendimiento individual y colectivo.
Monitorizar y reportar sobre la fuerza laboral de cada dominio incluyendo FTEs para ofrecer insights que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratgicas y la optimizacin de recursos.

Capacidad para actuar como asesor/a de confianza para la alta direccin y colegas de RRHH.
Autonoma para gestionar tu carga de trabajo cumplir con plazos y equilibrar prioridades.
Capacidad para ofrecer retroalimentacin proactiva y estructurada.
Experiencia en la gestin de procesos de cambio a escala global.
Influencia y capacidad para lograr resultados en entornos funcionales trabajando eficazmente bajo gobernanza matricial.
Habilidades analticas y de resolucin de problemas.
Alta afinidad con los datos y comodidad para analizarlos y extraer conclusiones y acciones.
Conocimientos y experiencia.
Entre 4 y 6 aos de experiencia en RRHH.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos de liderazgo senior.
Dominio del ingls y del espaol tanto oral como escrito.
Conocimiento del mercado y la normativa laboral en Espaa.
Experiencia en entornos internacionales.
