They have over guest bedrooms, serve more than 3 million cooked breakfasts per year, and are constantly improving their customer experience by providing quality facilities in essential locations.

What you will be doing? Handling inbound calls, consisting of booking requests, cancellations, amendments, and customer enquiries Identifying sales opportunities in every call by understanding our customers' needs Influencing and persuading customers to make reservations now, not think about it, and call back later Upselling rooms and cross-selling extras, such as breakfast and Wi-Fi, to increase revenue Working within talk-time targets to deliver minimum calls per hour Constantly improving product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers Dealing with general customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, always trying to spot sales opportunities! Requirements What skills & experience you will bring to us? Be fluent in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus) Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication skills Previous call centre, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred but not essential Ability to deal professionally with challenging calls and difficult situations Excellent ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ascertain customer needs Sales experience would be a plus but not required High level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets A strong work ethic and team spirit Enthusiasm and a positive attitude Basic computer skills and accurate data capture skills Benefits What do we offer? Temporary (6-month contract with 1-month of probation period) Full-time.
(39 hours/week) Working days/Hours.
Rotative schedule from Monday to Sunday between 3.
pm to pm, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed) Salary.
€ Bonus.
Weekly bonus up to €80 per week based on targets Holidays.
2 accrued per month Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu Extra pay for Sundays and night hours Hybrid work model.
Working from the office 3 times per month, for training and client meetings / the rest WFH Training.
1 week from the office / Monday to Friday from 9.
am to 6.
pm Office location.
