HEAD OF SALES (HOTEL IBIZA)
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Responsable del cumplimiento del presupuesto del hotel con visión de negocio.
Captar, desarrollar y fidelizar dichas cuentas y llevar a cabo las acciones establecidas en el plan de acción de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos definidos en el Business Plan del hotel.
Las principales funciones y requisitos son.
• Amplio conocimiento del mercado local y de los principales competidores, análisis del rendimiento del departamento de ventas, ofreciendo una ventaja competitiva y manteniéndonos por delante de nuestra competencia en el mercado.
• Dirigir las relaciones con los socios, como LHW, Virtuoso, etc.
• Asistir a la conferencia anual de ventas de LHW • Estar al día de las últimas tendencias del mercado con el fin de mantener constantemente el negocio a la par o incluso por delante de otros actores e impulsar las ventas consiguiendo una mayor cuota de mercado.
• Participación en todos los eventos en curso, Island Networking, papel principal en FAM y viajes de prensa del hotel con el fin de ser reconocido como la "cara visible" del hotel • Construir relaciones sólidas con socios externos (locales), socios externos de F&B y consumidores además de interactuar regularmente con ellos asistiendo a talleres de ventas y ferias, desempeñando un papel activo para el hotel.
• Analizar los patrones de comportamiento de los consumidores y del mercado y así definir estrategias de acción basadas en datos con el fin de optimizar constantemente el rendimiento comercial del negocio.
• Seguimiento de todos los contenidos del grupo • Liderar la relación con todos los socios, como LHW, Virtuoso, LHW etc.
• Dirigir el departamento de ventas, supervisar las actividades de los miembros del personal y controlar el rendimiento en su conjunto.
• El Jefe de Ventas, junto con el DOS, crea e implementa planes de acción de ventas que incorporan acciones clave para establecer KPI para el negocio, así como crear y ejecutar promociones on y offline y actividades de campaña con el fin de maximizar las oportunidades de venta.
• Realización de análisis detallados del rendimiento de las ventas por mercado, cuenta y promoción con el fin de informar sobre los éxitos, los puntos débiles y las oportunidades de la estrategia de ventas, identificando áreas de mejora accionables para impulsar los beneficios del negocio.
Requisitos • Experiencia de 1 año en una posición similar • Estudios relacionados con la posición (Turismo, Dirección Hotelera, Marketing, ADE, etc.) • Experiencia previa en hoteles de lujo • Nivel muy alto de inglés • Disponibilidad para viajar • Compromiso de residencia en Ibiza al menos de Marzo a Octubre
